Email Overload

You just bought a GM vehicle and now your inbox is exploding.

GM had a pretty big problem. In the first 90 days of ownership, new owners were receiving 180+ emails from GM and it's partners - and half of the content was trigger-based so even if you had already purchased an OnStar package at the dealer, you were still receiving marketing communications asking you to sign up.

So we set to work on fixing that.

We consolidated all the emails into 9 week series that provided owners with relevant content at the right time. Providing simple, relevant content specifically designed for them and their new vehicle. Each email addressed an important part of new vehicle ownership and was tailored to their vehicle — right down to the trim level.
