THE ASK

T-Mobile loves to fix broken service models and few things need it more than the cable industry. Our team was asked to create an explainer video to showcase how T|Vision resolves customers’ biggest pain points and enables them to pull the plug on big cable.

THE IDEA

There’s never been a good alternative for cable, so we’ve grown complacent to all their cagey business practices. But sometimes all need you really need is a voice of reason to kick you out of that rut. For our long form explainer we invited that voice of reason into our homes and let him speak his mind.
